Eden On Fire is a symphonic melodic metal and hard rock band from Erie, Pennsylvania. Formed in 2021 during the global pandemic, the band was the vision of vocalist and keyboardist Amy Gould, who began crafting powerful, memorable songs in her home studio that would become the foundation of Eden On Fire’s signature sound.

With a love for ‘80s hair metal and influences ranging from Metallica to Within Temptation and Pat Benatar, Amy set out to assemble a band that shared her vision. She soon joined forces with bassist Scott Hagerty, and together they forged the core of the band’s sound. In January 2025, drummer Steven Starvaggi—formerly of Andeavor—added precision and power, and by November, multi-instrumentalist and hyper-shred virtuoso Todd Sandberg pushed the band’s music to new heights with turbocharged riffs and virtuoso solos.

Eden On Fire has quickly built a dedicated following through their dynamic live shows, engaging online presence, and visually striking music videos. Their debut album, Unresolved, has been met with critical acclaim, described as “A melodic metal monster.” — Metal Gods TV (9/10 review).

In 2024 and 2025, Eden On Fire earned multiple hometown accolades. In 2024, they won Platinum Best Local Band and Gold Best Live Entertainment in the CommunityVotes Erie awards. In 2025 they swept those awards, taking Platinum honors for Best: Local Band, Live Entertainment, and Entertainer, along with a Gold award for Best: Entertainment. They also stood out as the only orignal band to place in the top three of the Erie Community Choice Awards. That same year, their rising national profile was recognized with a spot in the Wacken Metal Battle USA 2026, putting them among the country’s top emerging metal acts and cementing their status as one of the region’s premier bands.

Their tracks have also earned recognition on the airwaves, with “Fallen” ranking #6 in the Top 98 Songs of 2023 and “Love Bomb” reaching #52 in 2024 on WHYP-LP 98.9 FM.
