Eden On Fire is a modern melodic metal band based out of Erie, Pennsylvania, blending hard rock accessibility with the weight and precision of contemporary metal. Fronted by vocalist and keyboardist Amy Gould, the band delivers a sound defined by powerful hooks, dynamic intensity, and a clear, evolving identity.
Formed in 2021, Eden On Fire quickly moved from concept to contender, building momentum through consistent releases, high-impact live performances, and a growing presence across media and radio. Their debut album Unresolved established the band’s foundation, earning critical praise and introducing a sound that balances melody with edge.
That foundation has continued to evolve. Recent releases, including the heavier and more aggressive “Queen Bee,” showcase a band pushing its boundaries while staying true to its core. With polished production and a sharpened sonic direction, Eden On Fire is carving out a space that bridges modern metal intensity with broad accessibility.
The band’s upward trajectory is reflected in both regional success and expanding national recognition. In 2024 and 2025, Eden On Fire secured multiple top honors in the CommunityVotes Erie awards, including Platinum awards for Best Local Band, Live Entertainment, and Entertainer. They were also the only original band to place among the top three in the Erie Community Choice Awards.
On the national stage, Eden On Fire was selected to compete in Wacken Metal Battle USA 2026, placing them among the country’s emerging metal acts. The band also received two nominations at the 2026 Josie Music Awards: Song of the Year – Rock Duo/Group for “Villain” and Best Actress in a Music Video for Amy Gould’s performance in “Listen to Me.” “Villain” also earned a nomination in the 2026 Grassy Awards, further demonstrating the band’s growing reach and audience impact.
International recognition has followed through the International Singer-Songwriters Association Awards. “Broken” was named a finalist for Best Band Single in 2024, followed by 2026 finalist placements for Band of the Year and Band Single of the Year for “Villain,” reflecting Eden On Fire’s continued momentum and increasing visibility within the global independent music community.
Eden On Fire’s music continues to gain traction across streaming platforms and radio, supported by a steady stream of media coverage and an engaged and growing fanbase. Known for tight, high-energy performances and a commanding stage presence, the band brings an “arena-level” intensity to every stage they play.
Eden On Fire features Amy Gould (vocals and keys), Todd Sandberg (guitar), Scott Hagerty (bass), and Steven Starvaggi (drums). With a clear trajectory and increasing visibility, the band continues to establish itself as a rising force in modern melodic metal.
